shit...so i got a little carried away. forget about it.

i sometimes get a little angry. just a little pissed.

if you're not pissed off, you're not paying attention.

my super bowl prediction was absolutely right on the money. i am the prognosticator of prognosticators. however, i can only pick winners when i don't bet. as soon as i lay my money down, it's nothing but big fat losers.

i don't know what to say on this post. i just figured i'd better write something because it seems that some of you are worrying about me. i appreciate all the encouragement and the attempts to cheer me up. i just needed a little downtime. i get a little fed up with the bullshit sometimes. i read back over my last post and it sounded a little more bitter than i actually was at the time. however, i do stick with what i said.

this is all a bunch of bullshit. all of it. any of you can write if you want to. i get so tired of hearing, " i wish i could write songs". or "i wish i could play the guitar". " i wish i could do what you do".

oh really, motherfucker. well, why don't you get a fucking guitar and take some goddamned lessons and then take a pen and paper out and start writing songs, buttfuck. it's a learned thing. you are not born a songwriter. you are not born a guitar player. you fucking learn it. and as far as doing what i do, 99 percent of you would quit in two weeks. it ain't all it's cracked up to be.

i've went 5 days without eating, slept on park benches, been in jail more than a dozen times, played for tips 7 nights a week for a year, walked home from a bar 15 miles away with my guitar in hand, had a knife pulled on me twice, worn the same clothes for a week because it was all i had....
