good morning....

just moseying around. i woke up at 9:30 and andy pate was sitting on my couch reading one of my many bob dylan books. we're supposed to have a band practice today at 1:00 and i guess he's a little overeager.

fucking band practice. that just doesn't sound right to me.

anyway, the ou/texas game starts here in about 30 minutes.

here is my take on this game.

i hate the university of oklahoma more than any college in the country. a close second is the university of texas. if only there was a way that both of them could lose, oh what a happy day indeed.

however, i will make a prediction for the game for all you gamblers out there.

tonight the band will be at fred's cafe on the patio. we start at seven. i am very excited about it. everyone who reads this must visit fred's at least once. the absolute coolest people around. it is gonna be my luckenbach, wormy dog, george's bar, and moondawg's tavern all rolled into one. we will be starting at seven and hopefully the rain will hold off. probably not though.
