alright then.

it's a beautiful saturday and i have a lot planned today. going to carey wolff's wedding at 2:30 and then to my son's game at 4 and then cole and madison are coming over to spend the night with dad. i think we're gonna build some sheet tents and shit. tomorrow we're going to putt-putt or something.

well, my cubs and red sox lost in game seven. i'm not surprised. it just goes to show you that nothing ever happens the way i want it to. i hope this world series has the lowest ratings ever. who the hell wants to see the yankees play the marlins, anyway? that's got to be the most boring matchup possible.

okay, it's time to give my football predictions for this week. i know i didn't give any last week, but that was only because i forgot. i picked the tampa bay buccaneers who won decisively. that puts me at 2-1 against the line. if you don't believe me then just ask my brother.

this week you get two for one. one college game and one pro game. you don't have to tell me how lucky you are, i know.

i saw "Mystic River" last night and i cannot begin to tell you how much it sucked. i am so disappointed it's not even funny. tim robbins, sean penn, kevin bacon, and clint eastwood all let me down and next time i will not be so inclined to trust any of them.
