i never said the bombers were admirable. i just respected the level of commitment to their purpose they were willing to show. and then i think i went on to say that i doubt many americans are that committed to anything that strongly.......or some shit like that.

how can you misunderstand that?

secondly, if i've insinuated that i wished toby keith dead, then i'm sorry. i don't want him dead. i just want him to live in a trailer home somewhere in northwestern oklahoma and never show his face on my television again. and also i would like to revoke his right to vote and his right to bear arms.......and his right to reproduce,.....but i think that would be a hard one to get passed.

alright then... back to the suicide bombers.

these people are fundamentalists, rachel. they believe "their bible" to be literally true and WE represent the evil people and must be stopped. now, what do we do as a country to show them that we're not the evil people in their bullshit bible?

we sell weapons to them by the fucking millions and then bomb the shit out them with our "new and improved weapons."

and also keep the price of oil down, of course.

and then we charge them with having weapons of mass destruction which, of course, we never find and all the while we have more weapons of mass destruction than all the other countries in the world combined stockpiled right here in the good ol' usa. it's just a little hypocritical to me, i guess. call me crazy again....

it reminds me of that bill hicks bit about the U.S. being like Jack Palance in the movie "shane" and throwing the gun down at the farmers feet and saying, "Go ahead, pick up the gun." while he has a pistol pointed at him......

and then when the farmer picks it up, we blow the shit out of him and say, "You all saw it, he had a gun."...

what i take from 9/11 is simply and concisely this:

all of those innocent people that died tragically, were killed in the name of a god.

that is why i want to end fundamentalism. and ignorance breeds fundamentalism so i'm trying to start my takeover by stamping out ignorance worldwide.
